SHIPPING | HANDLING 

DOMESTIC 

All orders will ship within 3 days after order is made. Our prints are made to order. With that said, fine art prints take time to cure. Like a fine wine they need time to settle. Well not as long as wine but a few days and they will be ready to ship. Once shipped you will receive tracking confirmation from UPS. Domestic USA orders will take 1-5 days to be received. If you are in a rush to receive a print please keep in mind the 2-3 day curing is always in effect but overnight or two day shippping for an extra charge can be accommodated.

INTERNATIONAL

Please contact directly at studio@thcollective.co for a shipping cost as well as delivery time frame. We will get back to your inquiry in 24 hours. Make sure to send us your shipping address and items to be purchased. 

SHIPPING CARE

We are empathic to when an item is shipped and the care to pack it was poor. We ship with stay flats, which are crush proof envelops. They are padded with chipboard to give that print an extra layer of shipping love. Each print is layered with acid free (doesn’t mess with your prints ink)  tissue paper. Then enclosed in archival quality plastic wrap. Keep this guy if you ever want to keep the print storage. 

RETURN | EXCHANGE 

EXCHANGE 

Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping fees for exchanged merchandise to and from our studio in Upstate, N.Y.  Please contact order@theverb.co to begin the exchange process, make sure to include your order #, name and prints to swap out. Next ship back the item and we will ship out your new one once we receive tracking confirmation of your return print.

RETURN
